I don’t know. As we all know bad and good are highly subjective. What is good for one can be bad for others. I think it is a big philosophical debate. Generally, being happy about death is not such a moral thing, being happy about change is good and fine, even if the cause of such change is triggered by death. Hard to put it in words without someone misinterpreting it as support for tyrants and murderers. But I hope I was able to communicate the general idea
