My quick feedback, I'm sure you will be your own biggest critic
1) need some personality in the background 2) look at the camera lens 3) show your hands, that's half the communication 4) don't wear a white shirt when the walls are white 5) much better audio needed, invest here a lot 6) try to smile more, you're a handsome guy lean into it
